Premium 4K HDR ULED TVs now with Google TV

Hisense TVs continue their upward climb in performance and popularity while maintaining reasonable pricing for premium class products. For 2022, Hisense has updated its ULED offerings. These models include the flagship U9H (75”), U8H (55”, 65” and 75” screen sizes), U7H (55”, 65”, 75” and 85” screen sizes), and the U6H (55”, 65” and 75” screen sizes).

Tentative availability dates are late summer for the U9H. The U8H and U7H are expected in midsummer, while the U6H should arrive at the beginning of summer 2022. Check back soon for pricing.

Key new features for the ULED lineup will include the Google TV smart TV platform. This operating system will give viewers access to over 700,000 movies and TV shows, live TV, and over 8,000 apps including popular platforms like YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and many more. Hisense will also be introducing mini-LEDs to its U9H and U8H models. More info on this below.

Hisense will also be adding NEXGEN TV ATSC 3.0 tuners to its U9H, U8H and U7H models. This will allow for over-the-air 4K TV broadcast.

Although this article is focused on Hisense’s premium ULED displays, I wanted to mention their latest standard LED models which include the A7H (85”), A6H (43”, 50”, 55”, 65” and 70” screen sizes), and the A4H (32”, 40” and 43” screen sizes). These models will be available spring of 2022.
