The Roku brand name is known for its popular streaming devices that connect to your TV as well as its smart TV platform that is built-in to many well-known TV brands. So, what makes the Pro series better?
When compared to its predecessors, the Roku “Select” and Roku “Plus” series, the Roku Pro series brings a host of improvements to the table. First, picture quality is taken to a new level by implementing mini-LEDs. Using mini-LEDs will increase picture brightness and allow more precise control of the TV’s local dimming zones while increasing picture contrast and black levels.
The Pro series also introduces a new audio feature called “Roku Soundstage Audio” and side-firing speakers that enhance sound quality for a wide and immersive cinematic sound experience.
Furthermore, all Roku TVs will have a new feature called “Smart Picture Max”. The Roku Smart Picture Max feature identifies what type of content is on the screen through methods including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data from content partners to automatically adjust the picture for an optimized viewing experience ensuring that you are getting the best presentation of your favorite content every time.

Picture quality is further enhanced with Dolby Vision IQ for exceptional clarity and vibrant colors.
In addition, the Pro series will offer a new modern design that allows the panel to rest flat against the wall, for a more room décor fit into your living environment.
